One week ahead of the map’s release, Treyarch has revealed a new trailer for Firebase Z that shows off the first glimpse of gameplay and new features. Players get an initial look at the map’s Vietnam setting, the return of the Tombstone Soda Perk and a brief tease of the upcoming Wonder Weapon and how might contribute to puzzle-solving. The clip opens with Samantha working her way through Firebase Z as an announcer welcomes the quartet of players to Vietnam....

How to Play the Modern Warfare 2V2 Gunfight Tournament Just like last time, the Modern Warfare Gunfight Tournament mode features 16 teams of two players each in traditional bracket-style play. For those who need it, we’ve included a picture of a sample bracket below. There is no loser’s bracket, so just keep winning through the Preliminaries, Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Finals. Join up like you would any other match, and wait about five minutes in matchmaking for the tournament to begin....

As with all previous Intel Missions, it makes most sense to do this one in Plunder, as that queue has no impact on rank and offers the opportunity to respawn if situations go south. Also note that only one piece of intel can be collected per match. Once you find each clue, you must quit the lobby and join a new one to continue. The legend of Candyman has haunted the place for decades, with one story being told in the 1992 movie of the same name. This story, of researcher Helen Lyle (Virginia Madsen), is told in the new movie by Troy (Nathan Stewart-Jarrett) as an urban legend in itself, all taking place in Cabrini-Green. The area is almost a character of its own, though the powers that be in 2021 are continuing to gentrify the area, meaning the place is pretty much derelict when Anthony goes looking for Candyman....

In the new version, this is also reflected but with some obvious differences, almost to the point where fans may have thought there was something wrong with the film. Mirrors and reflection are key to Candyman in general, as the urban legend calls on people to say his name five times into the mirror to make him appear. The opening credits, however, bring this even more to the fore....

Gamers know the drill by now. Every blockbuster superhero movie has some form of video game tie-in surrounding it. In this case, the movie is Marvel’s latest Avenger setup movie, Captain America: The First Avenger (the title gives it away) and the video game is Captain America: Super Soldier. NIS America announced today that the 3D-enabled remake of the hit indie platformer, Cave Story 3D, has been pushed back to November. Producer at NIS America, Jack Niida, made the announcement via a recent press release, and stated that the game was “undergoing improvements to enhance gameplay.” Niida didn’t leave the announcement on a sour note however, and announced that the new release date is now November 8th. In an attempt to not completely devastate all of its fans, NIS America also released new screenshots for Cave Story 3D....

Leosette [Cheng] Canoy, her niece Wennali, her friend, Analyn Shurtliff Bartolome, and Bartolome’s teenage son, were charged at and attacked by a male black bear while they were walking in Dawson Creek, British Columbia, on October 10. All of them except the niece were injured, and Canoy and Bartoleme were critically hurt. “They turned to run and the bear chased after them. One woman was attacked by the bear, while another woman and teenage boy were also injured trying to help,” the British Columbia Conservation Officer Service (BCCOS) said in a Facebook post....
