Those who have read our initial first impressions of Lords of Shadow 2 know that the game starts off surprisingly strong. Its early hours hearken back to the first game, which, by many accounts, is a solid entry in the character action genre. It might not be a faithful entry in the Castlevania series, but that’s another issue entirely. Following CA’s investigation into the infamous incident in Cape Town, it has come to light that Steve Smith and Cameron Bancroft knew what they were getting into but it was Warner who developed the “plan to attempt to artificially alter the condition of the ball”. Nichole Brown, who plays Aisha in the Netflix series, won’t be in Cobra Kai Season 3. The young actress broke the news back in 2019, but TVLine had the opportunity to recently speak with executive producers and co-showrunners Jon Hurwitz and Josh Heald, to confirm Aisha’s absence. “We love Aisha and we love Nichole Brown,” Hurwitz said. “Certain characters we loved in Season 1 didn’t appear at all in Season 2, like Kyler, Yasmine and Louie....

[HTML1] As the launch of Call of Duty: Ghosts creeps ever closer, Infinity Ward is pulling out all the stops, teasing players with just how many different modes and campaigns await. We had assumed the Ghosts launch trailer meant the marketing was reaching its peak, but the publisher has saved some of its best surprises for last. At the top of that list is the all new Extinction Mode, pitting players not against their Earthbound brethren, but an alien menace....

As it turns out, though, that may have been by design. Activision and Infinity Ward wanted to set the table for Call of Duty: Ghosts before showing any actual gameplay - to use the Xbox One event as the appetizer. Now it’s time to show the game in action, which Activision plans to do this weekend. Ahead of their strong presence at E3 2013, Activision has announced a 30-minute live webcast wherein fans will hear from the Infinity Ward team members, take a peak behind the scenes at IW, and finally see Call of Duty: Ghosts in action....

Starting with an eye towards the slightly more distant future, it looks as though the game’s Season 2 Battle Pass will arrive later than expected. Although Treyarch never officially announced an end date for the current festivities, dataminers pegged an approximate conclusion around January 28. As of now, however, that date has changed. “We’re extending Season 1, which will now end on February 11,” the post reads. However, the developers contend that there’s lots more content on the way including new challenges, items, more game modes, new playlists and a Crossbow weapon that can be unlocked via an in-game objective....

While this might actually raise more questions than it actually answers, fans of the franchise should be happy to hear that Activision is not looking to charge for the game’s established multiplayer. Sure, they will still likely continue to release map packs that players have to pay for if they want them, but at least the core multiplayer experience should remain included with the game’s standard purchase price. The news of Activision not planning to monetize the features players currently get for free along with the news of the Online Universe seems to imply that Activision is looking to monetize that aspect of the game....

“Is Peacemaker Season 2 safe?” a person wrote on Twitter Tuesday, tagging Gunn. The filmmaker responded, “Yes, guys, calm down.” As if to further emphasize his point, Gunn tweeted out a behind-the-scenes photo on Wednesday of actor Jennifer Holland eating a salad with fake blood on her face. News of Batgirl being shelved surprised many people, as the film’s budget has reached $90 million and filming was reportedly completed....
